F8 Funds provides access to simulated trading evaluation programs. Trading results in a simulated environment may differ from live market trading results. Simulated trading may not reflect liquidity constraints, execution issues, slippage, spreads, order rejection, psychology, market depth, or other real-market factors in the same way live markets do.

• Simulated profits are not the same as realized investment profits.
• Simulated performance does not guarantee future live trading performance.
• Any payout eligibility is subject to F8 Funds rules, account review, verification, and compliance checks.
• F8 Funds may adjust, review, or invalidate results where prohibited conduct, technical exploitation, or rule breaches are identified.

3. F8 Funds Is Not a Broker or Investment Adviser

F8 Funds does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, deposit-taking institution, bank, or securities intermediary. F8 Funds does not accept customer funds for trading in live financial markets and does not manage trades on behalf of customers.

• No content on the website should be treated as investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

Even if F8 Funds provides simulated evaluation services, trading decisions and trading behavior can still expose users to psychological and financial risk through program access fees, repeated purchases, overtrading, emotional decision-making, revenge trading, or unrealistic expectations.

5. Leverage, Volatility, and Short-Term Trading Risk

Many trading strategies involve leverage, fast decision-making, short-term entries, or high market exposure. These can amplify both positive and negative outcomes. Short-term trading can create emotional pressure and may not be suitable for all users.

• Leverage can magnify losses and rule breaches.
• High volatility can increase slippage, spread widening, stop-outs, and drawdown risk.

6. Program and Evaluation Risk

F8 Funds programs require compliance with specific program rules. These may include profit targets, minimum trading days, profitable trading days, daily drawdown, overall drawdown, consistency rules, maximum loss limits, payout requirements, prohibited strategy rules, or review conditions.

• You may not complete a program even if you make profitable trades.
• You may breach rules due to drawdown, news trading, holding time, prohibited strategy use, or other rule violations.
• F8 Funds may manually review accounts where behavior appears abusive, irregular, manipulative, or inconsistent with program objectives.
• Rule interpretations may be applied in good faith to protect the integrity of the evaluation process.

7. Drawdown, Breach, and Account Termination Risk

Drawdown rules are a core part of F8 Funds programs. Breaching daily drawdown, overall drawdown, or other account limits may result in account failure, account termination, payout rejection, or loss of access to the program.

• Drawdown limits may be calculated based on balance, equity, daily starting equity, static limits, or other program-specific formulas.
• Open floating losses may count toward breach limits depending on program rules.
• A single high-risk trade can cause a breach even if prior trades were profitable.
• It is your responsibility to monitor risk and understand how limits are calculated.

8. News, Event, and Liquidity Risk

Economic events, central bank decisions, inflation data, employment reports, geopolitical events, unexpected headlines, and market-open conditions may cause sudden price movement, spread widening, gaps, execution delays, and volatility spikes.

Trading is restricted during the 10-minute window around High-Impact (Red) news events related to the traded instrument, specifically 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the official release time, based on the FXStreet Economic Calendar. Medium-Impact (Orange) events are not restricted under this policy. Profit from violating trades may be removed, and the violation counts as a soft breach during the account review / simulated evaluation account stage.

• News volatility can cause fast drawdown breaches.
• Spread widening can trigger stops or rule breaches unexpectedly.
• Users are responsible for checking relevant news and session conditions before trading.

9. Payout Review and Verification Risk

Payout eligibility is not automatic. All payout requests may be subject to account review, identity verification, payout method verification, trading behavior review, rule compliance review, fraud review, and risk-control checks.

• Payouts may be delayed, reduced, rejected, or cancelled if rule breaches or prohibited conduct are found.
• Profits from rule-violating trades may be removed.
• F8 Funds may require additional documents or information before processing payout requests.
• Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, and obligations related to any payout or affiliate commission.

10. Technology, Platform, and Third-Party Risk

F8 Funds may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, WooCommerce checkout, dashboard access, payment processing, account delivery, analytics, security, email communication, support, and platform infrastructure.

• Technology systems may experience outages, latency, display errors, data delays, order issues, or access interruptions.
• Third-party providers may change rules, availability, integrations, fees, or technical requirements.
• F8 Funds is not responsible for every issue caused by third-party systems, internet connectivity, user devices, browser problems, or user-side technical issues.

11. Payment, Refund, and Chargeback Risk

Program access fees are service access fees. Depending on the Refund Policy and program status, purchases may be non-refundable once account access is delivered, used, or consumed.

• Payment failure, fraud review, chargeback, crypto confirmation delay, or payment provider restrictions may delay account access.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension, payout hold, or account termination.
