PROGRAM-SPECIFIC PAYOUT RULES
Qualification is assessed under the rules of the selected program when a payout is requested.
For 1 Step and 2 Step funded-stage accounts, the highest profitable trading day must remain within the applicable percentage of total accumulated net profit.
20% Maximum Daily Profit Weight.
30% Maximum Daily Profit Weight.
25% Maximum Daily Profit Weight.
Payout Qualification — 4 qualifying profitable days, each with net profit of at least 0.4% of the initial balance.
With $3,000 total net profit, the highest profitable day must be $900 or less. A $1,200 day equals 40%, so the payout request is not yet eligible.
Minimum net profit per qualifying day: $10k — $40; $25k — $100; $50k — $200; $100k — $400.
A consistency shortfall pauses payout eligibility and does not automatically close the account. Instant Evaluation becomes eligible after all four qualifying days are completed.
ACCOUNT REVIEW NEWS POLICY
Trading is restricted around High-Impact (Red) economic releases during the Account Review Stage.
5 minutes before through 5 minutes after the official release time.
High-Impact (Red) events only. Medium-Impact (Orange) events are not restricted under this policy.
Use the FXStreet Economic Calendar.
The restriction applies when the event currency is directly related to the traded instrument.
Do not open, modify, or close affected positions or orders during the restricted window. Automated Stop Loss or Take Profit executions also count as activity.
Pre-existing positions must be managed before the window so no execution occurs during the restricted period.
A qualifying violation is recorded as a Soft Breach.
Profit from the violating trade is excluded from payout calculations; any loss remains on the account.
Accumulated Soft Breaches are handled under the Master Soft Breach Policy below.
ACCOUNT REVIEW HOLDING POLICY
Every trade must remain open for at least 3 minutes (180 seconds) during the Account Review Stage.
At least 3 minutes from the exact opening time to the exact closing time.
Applies to market and pending-order executions across all available instruments.
A trade closed in less than 3 minutes is recorded as a Soft Breach.
Profit from the violating trade is excluded from payout calculations; any loss remains on the account.
Accumulated Soft Breaches may reduce the profit split or close the account under the policy below.
ACCOUNT REVIEW SOFT BREACH POLICY
A single Soft Breach does not immediately close a funded-stage account, but each occurrence is recorded and penalized.
A trade opened and closed in less than 3 minutes.
Activity within the restricted 10-minute window for a related High-Impact (Red) event.
Net profit from the violating trade is excluded during payout review.
Any loss from the violating trade remains reflected in account equity.
The standard profit split is reduced by 50% for the next payout period; for example, 80% becomes 40%.
The violations become a material rule breach and the funded-stage account is permanently closed.
